This treatment targets fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scars, leaving your skin feeling smoother and more youthful. Over time, fine lines will diminish as collagen production is stimulated, improving overall skin texture.

Timescales

The Sclerotherapy procedure lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes per session.
You can expect veins begin to fade over 3 to 6 weeks, with full results often visible after 8 to 12 weeks..
Some clients may require more than one Sclerotherapy session, depending on the extent of the veins.



The Procedure

A nurse practitioner will inject a specialised sclerosing solution directly into the thread veins using a fine needle. This solution irritates the lining of the vein, causing it to collapse and gradually be reabsorbed by the body. As the treated veins fade, the skin’s appearance improves significantly.

The procedure is generally well tolerated, with only mild discomfort. No anaesthetic is required, and you’ll be able to walk out and return to most normal activities immediately after.


