To ensure your skin’s safety and suitability for the treatment, a patch test is required at least 1 week prior to the full treatment. This allows us to assess how your skin reacts to the laser and tailor the treatment accordingly.

While the laser is highly effective for most types of scarring, it is not recommended for keloid scars—a specific type of thick, raised scarring that may not respond to laser therapy. This is also not suitable for active acne.
