Questions Answered
How do they work?

We use a very soft hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler with tiny needles to inject very superficially. This allows us to make the etched wrinkles or lines shallower, without any volume distortion. By injecting very close to the surface of the skin we achieve a smoothing of the lines or wrinkles similar to adding water to a dry sponge. Smoothing without distortion! This treatment is typically split over two sessions to achieve optimum results.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the skin and has a natural affinity with skin tissue. Following treatment, the hyaluronic acid breaks down naturally over time.

Does it hurt?

We apply topical anaesthetic prior to treatment, making the treatment as comfortable as possible. There is also local anaesthetic in the fillers that we use, which also helps.

What brands do you use?

We only use industry leading, hyaluronic acid (HA) based fillers. They are non-permanent and completely reversible if needed.
