After this treatment your skin will look mildly sunburnt, you may have temporary redness, dryness and slight tenderness.
No make up or skincare products should be applied for 24 hours post treatment other than the home care kit given which will help sooth and hydrate your skin.
After this short time people can return to their normal activities and wear make up.
No skincare products, including spf, should be applied to the treated area for 24 hours post procedure.
You should avoid touching the treated area in this time also.
Avoid exfoliating and active skincare products such as retinols and vitamin c for 7 days post procedure.
Avoid exercising, saunas, swimming or spas for 48 hours post treatment.
The severity of your skin concern will influence how long your results will last.
You will see results 4 – 6 weeks after treatment, once your body has made new collagen.
Some forms of scarring will be permanently reduced however, for all skin concerns we recommend maintenance treatments to achieve the desired results.
