Marionette Line Dermal Fillers

advanced divider

Marionette lines are the lines that extend from each corner of your mouth down to your chin.  Marionette lines can cause your mouth to look downturned, giving you an unhappy appearance.

Dermal fillers can gently plump out the lines, resulting in a smoother appearance.

Questions Answered
How do they work?

Marionette dermal fillers are injections of hyaluronic acid (HA) strategically placed to restore loss of volume and soften deep creases.  A full facial assessment will be carried out prior to treatment, to establish the cause of the lines.  In some cases, midface treatment (cheek enhancement) may be recommended as a first line of treatment to address loss of volume – this will lift your skin and, as a result, reduce the appearance of marionette lines.

How long do they last?

Results can last up to 12 months.

Individual results vary – lifestyle factors can play a role in how the filler is metabolised.

Does it hurt?

We use topical anaesthetic during the procedure, making the treatment as comfortable as possible. There is also local anaesthetic in the fillers that we use which also helps.

What brand is the filler?

We only use industry leading, hyaluronic acid (HA) based fillers. They are non-permanent and completely reversible if needed.
